Job Description: We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as an Online Call Center Officer at Target in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. This is a part-time role at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or call center operations. Responsibilities:- Handle incoming calls from customers regarding inquiries, concerns, and issues with prompt and courteous service.- Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions to customers.- Assist customers with online orders, returns, and exchanges.- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.- Meet and exceed performance goals and targets set by management.- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers. Requirements:- Energetic and resilient personality traits to handle a high-volume call center environment.- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.- Strong planning and organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Proficiency in using computer systems and customer service software.- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
