Online Account Support Officer

Quantifi Photonics, a leading technology company in Dunedin, NZ, is seeking a part-time Online Account Support Officer to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with at least 2 years of experience and a knack for providing exceptional customer support in an online environment. As an Online Account Support Officer, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, responding to inquiries and issues via email and chat, and ensuring a seamless online experience for our clients. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions in a timely manner.
