We are experiencing exceptional growth so we need some extra help during what is already a super busy period for us! The Opportunity:
As our Temporary Onboarding Specialist you'll play a huge part in the sales growth and success of our business. Your key focuses will be coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to help bring fabulous new properties into our family and onto our website. You’ll be working in a team that deals with our Business Development Managers and new owners, along with our Holiday Managers and professional Photographers - and anyone in between!
You will be an admin and organisational guru as we work at pace to hit ambitious targets. You will be committed to upholding and maintaining exceptional relationships that are based on trust, care and integrity. Whether it be within our wider family, or with our homeowners; delivering the magic is something that you will always stay true to. Especially when it comes to writing holiday home listings that scream 'book me now!’ as you paint a picture for our guests. Important skills to have: Results driven and an organisational whiz with an eye for detail Copywriting or content development experience Desire to create raving fans by constantly delivering exceptional outcomes time and time again Ability to prioritise and work at pace - at times you will have multiple balls in the air, but creating a seamless experience for those involved is key Adaptable to change and able to think on your feet!
