Scotty’s Construction is an award-winning company specialising in architectural renovations and new builds. We are seeking a switched-on Office Administrator to join our team.

Key responsibilities include:
Ongoing recruitment of team members – writing & placing job ads, co-ordinating interviews & preparing employment contracts
Co-ordinating employee reviews and PDPs
Preparing award winning entries for House of the Year events
Monitoring & coordinating training including apprentice learning sessions
Managing the leave calendar
Updating job process manuals
Maintaining stock items including uniforms
Co-ordinating social events for staff

The successful applicant will work 20-25 hours per week. We’re looking for someone who….
