Hastings Central, Hawkes Bay Office Management (Administration & Office Support) We're looking for someone 15-20 hours per week to keep our office ticking! The right candidate will enjoy a quiet but open plan team environment Thursday beers great coffee flexibility in hours (although being in the office at least 4 days a week will be required) our fabulous fully earthquake complaint office on Queen Street, Hastings 5 weeks annual leave We are looking for someone who can: Keep our accounts up to date, including managing timesheets, invoices, GST, payroll and our other financial commitments. Help our team with business administration, including preparing fee proposals, managing travel, championing health and safety, and general day to day tasks. Keep our office functioning, including topping up office supplies, keeping our plants green, keeping the chocolate drawer filled and organising team and client events. Take an active roll in making sure the team can work efficiently and effectively to meet our client's requirements. You'll need to be experienced in general book keeping (we use Xero) great at client service – happy to welcome people to our office as required competent in or willing to learn our project management software, WorkflowMax. proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook proactive and willing to find ways to help the team prepared to give people a gentle nudge or reminder to get tasks to be done be constantly looking for ways to help share the load be willing to learn about our business and what we do Wayfinder is a specialist landscape architecture firm based in Hastings. Our team of six assist a broad range of public and private sector clients in conceptualising, planning, designing and constructing their projects. These can range from designing large scale, public realm projects like the recently opened Waiaroha in Hastings; helping to consent solar farms; or master planning residential developments.
