Office Manager Position
We areone of the leading heat pump installers in Auckland, and we currently have an opening for a full time Office Manager.
This role reports to the Director of the company and will be responsible for the day to day management of the office.
The hours for the role are as below:
Monday to Friday 7:00am to 3:30pm Responsibilities include: Attending phone calls, emails, visitors Manage Installers’ job schedule including rearranging/ problem solving when needed. Job schedules are Auckland wide Checking daily banking reports with system to update paid deposits/ invoices Update customers from quotes to orders based on deposits received Preparing and Raising Invoices when job is completed Chase debtors Work in Progress – follow up on build progress and progress payments Stationery and Office Supply Maintencnace Sorting and filing paperwork Carry out stocktake and order units required based on future install work Scan and email wall Warranty Service Requests (WSRs) Maintain office and workshop clean policy Organise team events
Requirements: A positive Can Do attitude Honest Abiity to multi task Ability to work under pressure and problem solve Methodical systematic approach to your work Customer focused – passion to serve and help clients to solve their problems Will take initiative in developing and managing the tasks and responsibilities of the role Experience with Office Suite products Excellent organisation, communication, and time management skills Able to learn new computer systems and product knowledge Has the right to work in New Zealand Immediate Start
