at Orion Health (View all jobs) AucklandEnjoy using your excellent organisational and administration skills to support the day to day running of Orion Health’s Auckland office. Working closely with the Global Property Manager and the office leaders, you will thrive maintaining a high standard of service ensuring the office is run efficiently. A typical day could involve:
Screening telephone calls, field inquiries and escalating urgent matters for attention
Welcoming visitors and ensuring they are signed in, presented with badges and directed to the appropriate contact person
Dealing with couriers and mail
Overseeing car parking access and allocations
Scheduling meetings, fielding inquiries and assisting with office events
Ensuring the office is well maintained and compliant with Health and Safety Regulations
Managing office supplies, including associated expenses
Supervision of cleaning contractors
This role will ensure you gain one of a kind health industry exposure, as part of a highly focused team of administration staff, who make a real difference for our clients within Healthcare.
Ideally you'll have:
3 – 5 years’ experience as an office coordinator / manager
Ability to prioritise and multi-task, to manage workload and ensure all deadlines are met and to complete work to agreed standards
Team player attitude, with the ability to develop a team approach to strategy development and goal achievement by working effectively with others, sharing ideas and information to ensure positive outcomes
Proficiency of MS Office products
Good people skills with the ability to develop effective relationships, both internally and externally, ensuring communications are clear and understood by recipients
Ability to complete work to a consistent high standard and strive to ensure high productivity, quality and service, while maintaining a high level of confidentiality at all times
A desire to challenge existing systems and practices by thinking creatively and develop new ways to improve current methods
