About the business We are a wellestablished Blind manufacturing company that is known for providing excellent customer service within our industry We are growing and need an experienced Office Manager that can oversee and manage work allocation while streamlining our office and administration services And is keen to expand with us About the role This role will also provide assistance and resource to this small but highly motivated office Your day will be busy interesting and varied Key responsibilities will include Assisting with accounting tasks Xero knowledge preferred Monitor and champion our online ordering system Review and report on our CRM management system General administration assist the owner with H S compliance systems Assist with work flow planning and customer enquiries Manage and proactively organise efficient office support Liaise with the end user with inquiries ETAs and installs Skills and experience This is a great role for a candidate that has worked in an office environment and would enjoy the challenge of working within a busy manufacturing retail environment To assist your application it is essential you can demonstrate you have had recent experience and wisdom with office automation If you have a great sense of humour are resourceful and would enjoy working within a friendly down to earth team environment then this role will may be just what you are looking for You will have at least 10 years experience in office management Please attach a Cover Letter along with your CV to toddeagles xtra co nz
