The role:
This is a new role for our Auckland depot, come and make it your own!!
We are looking for a customer focused, high performing Office Administrator to join our exceptional team on a 12-month fixed term contract, to help continue the success of our busy operation.
You will be the first point of call for our customers, and will need to provide top notch customer service. You will be preparing and presenting quotes, attending to customers, be quick off the mark while paying close attention to detail. You will need to be a self-starter and able to pick up new skills quickly as we have our own in-house booking and operation systems that you will be required to learn. There is an on-call element to this role, so some weekend work may be required.
The successful candidate will have:
Previous experience within an administration or reception position will be advantageous
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Attention to detail as you will be checking and preparing vehicles
A positive attitude and ability to prioritise
Be flexible, able to multitask, solve issues and work effectively under pressure
Be highly motivated with a passion for working with vehicles and people
A high standard of computer and literacy skills
Previous experience with RCM software would be an advantage
A full clean driver\'s licence
Reliable transport as office is not situated on public transport routes
