The Role Based at the head office in East Tamaki you will be reporting to and working collaboratively with the EA as well as liaising directly with the MD In this role you will be interacting with a range of stakeholders within the business including branch managers the company accountant and fellow office members performing a variety of duties to ensure the office is run smoothly and efficiently Responsibilities Answering all incoming calls ensuring all are greeted appropriately transferred if necessary and any messages relayed Checking organising and actioning all inbound and outbound mail daily Oversee both incoming emails and correspondence for MD and Reception General miscellaneous duties for the Managing Director and other senior staff including travel and personal arrangements General office duties inclusive of stationery and office tidiness Compile and collate monthly and Quarterly sales and rebate reports for stakeholders within Excel as well as reconcile company credit cards Skills Experience Previous reception administration experience would ensure success in this role Adaptability and prioritisation will enable you to thrive in this role as no day is the same Being methodical and being process driven will allow you to coordinate multiple conflicting deadlines Being a clear communicator both verbal and written would enable to build strong relationships within the wider business network A supportive and proactive nature will enable you to anticipate and show initiative to support immediate team members The Company Formed back in 1991 this business quickly became industry leaders in building services across New Zealand They are exciting and innovative and constantly seeking ways to be at the forefront of the market improving new methods systems plants and facilities Company Culture Reward You are walking into an environment where friendly social office interaction and collaboration is actively encouraged and practiced The size and success of the business ensures stability within the role as well as strong opportunities for growth and development 50 000 55 000 review in 6 months Onsite parking available Friendly and collaborative working environment Successful growing marketleading business Strong growth and development opportunities Applications are welcome from NZ Citizens or those with a residency permit or current work visa in place All applications to be sent to careers uil co nz
