Provide excellent administrative, time management and organisational support to the Director Governance, Risk and AuditYour impactAs the Personal Assistant to the Director, Governance, Risk and Audit, you’ll support and enable this busy Director and their team to manage demands, facilitate the most effective and efficient use of their time, and meet their key responsibilities and objectives.This is a fantastic opportunity to be an instrumental member of this critical team and juggle a busy and varied workload.Key AccountabilitiesConduct effective and efficient diary managementEnsure professional and timely turnaround of correspondences, papers, reports and presentationsEnsure appropriate systems are in place and maintained for effective database and knowledge managementDevelop clear agendas and record appropriate information from meetings, forums and eventsSchedule and organise significant meetings and events, as well as international and national travel arrangementsSupport regular reporting including expenses, accruals, purchase orders and cost centre managementWhat you will bring and developYou have experience delivering support at a senior level and have an acute understanding of the confidential and discreet nature of the content you are managing. You think quickly on your feet whilst supporting various key tasks.In addition, you have:Exceptional time management skills and attention to detail.
