We are a people-centred business with more than 12,000 team members across our locations.Job DescriptionReporting to the DC Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining resourcing and productivity benchmarking models and working with leaders to understand and manage labour utilisation. You will play an essential role in supporting the delivery of productivity and process improvement projects and undertaking detailed and thorough logistics analysis to identify opportunities that aid efficiency and cost optimisation.Other responsibilities include (but are not limited to) :Develop and automate productivity and labour allocation KPI reporting to support operational performance management.Produce regular simplified reporting for the Operations team to enable them to accurately forecast labour and to easily identify trends and potential issuesCreate statistical and financial models to review opportunities for cost savings and efficiencies in the logistics processQualificationsAdvanced analytical & modelling skillsExperience in forecasting and planning rolesAbility to think both logically and creatively, a business-focused approach, high degree of organization and a commitment to continuous learning.Effective internal relationship buildingStrong understanding of operational labour managementAdditional InformationThis role is will require you to work 40 hours per week.
