With automation we need to focus on the digital journey.What will a typical day look like? You could be doing the following:Working with a number of stakeholders like Information Technology, Digital & Analytics and our own Marketing and Sales team.Capturing user requirements, journeys and stories (story telling).Deep driving into the member experience looking at UI and UXAnalytics of products and pricingSDLC and upskilling the team Agile ways of workingTo be successful you will have terrific communication skills and the desire to learn fast and while optimising our digital solutions to benefit the Motoring Services business.Here, it's our diverse team of dedicated people who have made us New Zealand's most trusted and respected organisation.It's our values that contribute to the vibrant culture, making the AA a great place to work.
