Our Services include Technology Services, Project and Programme Services, ITC Transformation, Customer Services, Internal Audit and Payroll via our Staff Service Centre,Together, we’re right behind better healthcare!About the role:As an Application Support Analyst in our Technology Services, you will provide application support for the users of clinical and business systems. You will be reporting directly to the Outpatient Health Services Manager. You will provide troubleshooting, functional knowledge, configuration, testing, education and documentation to support these systems and processes and to ensure that users get maximum value for using the systems. You will also contribute to the on-going enhancement of the system by participating in user groups to identify and prioritise enhancements. Focusing primarily on systems used by primary care users, you will provide both telephone and remote support for a wide variety of systems – every day will be different!
