The person we are seeking is well versed in the day to day operations of roofing projects, has a keen appreciation and adherence to time constraints, budgetary requirements and quality of finish. Managing their team effectively is key in this tight market. The ability to find quick and effective solutions, be flexible and cool under pressure and having good organisational skills is essential. Previous exposure to commercial and industrial roofing developments would be a distinct advantage in this role.

You will be required to lead tradespeople and contractors, ensure compliance with health & safety requirements and responsibilities, and ensure the logistics of construction projects are completed.

If you have the following, we would like to hear from you:
Previous experience in a Foreperson or leading hand role in a commercial or residential roofing capacity
Knowledge and experience of NZ building codes
Strong communication and reliable nature with references to back this up
