KRONOS HCM Applications Specialist – 6mth+ CONTRACT

We are urgently in need of an Applications Specialist who can provide SQL based Queries & Reports along with the ability to make changes in the current, Kronos HCM, Payroll, Time & Attendance system
This is an initial 6 month contract however, with the right to further extend.
This role does require an onsite presence rather than being remote and we would happily look at individuals being based in either the Waikato or Auckland.
The essential skills that will encourage success in your application are:
Development – a minimum of 3yrs in SQL where essentially, you have used it to write SQL Queries and SQL Reports
Kronos– at least 2yrs recent and commercial experience from a development & support perspective. The role requires both technical and functional capabilities.
Kronos module areas of highest interest(you would need to have experience in at least 4 of the following) – Schedule Patterns / Schedule Groups / People Data Maintenance / New Pay Codes / Clock Errors / Accruals / Hyperfinds / Configuration Changes / Custom Report Writing / produce Healthcheck Reports.
Integration (not essential)– it would be very beneficial if you have integrated Kronos with similar HCM or Workforce Management tools (such as SAP or SuccessFactors).
