About the Role
Our Scheduling & Dispatch team has been newly created to help our 4G deployment programme. As Scheduling & Dispatch Team Leader this role will be accountable for managing scheduling, dispatch and customer reporting. Ensuring the team are working efficiently to prioritize work orders and meet SLA is crucial part of this role. You’ll be expected to optimise staff performance through effective coaching and development, performance management and developing a dynamic customer and people driven culture. This is a hands on role.
Who are we looking for
We are looking someone with some with proven management and leadership experience in a Customer Service environment. You’ll have previous experience in rostering, training / coaching of team.

You understand the value of internal relationships and enjoy leading a fast-paced, experienced team. The hours of operation are Monday to Saturday 7am to 8pm and you will need to be comfortable to participate in shift rosters and on-call rosters as and when needed
