If you answered yes to all of the above, then this management opportunity could be for you! North Beach is hunting for an Assistant Store Manager at our Hamilton branch in The Base Shopping Centre.

We want someone who has had experience leading a team of 10+ staff with proven successful sales results.

You'll need to be responsible, reliable, passionate about the products we stock and the customers we serve.

You are:
- Results driven and competitive on the sales floor
- A born leader, confident in training and developing team members
- Passionate about customers service and helping people look great
- Interested in career progression and growth within the retail industry
- An experienced key holder, having been responsible for opening and closing a business.
