32 hours per fortnight (0.4 FTE)Permanent position - two x eight hoursdays required.
An exciting opportunity has opened for anAdministration Coordinator, to work for the Hawke’s Bay District Health Board.We are looking for a highly talented administrator to support the Nutrition& Food Service team.
The Administration Coordinator is requiredto receive invoices, word processing and general office tasks to supportthe Nutrition & Food Service.
The person we are seeking will need to beable to communicate with a wide range of people and deal sensitively withconfidential information. It is essential that you are flexible, havestrong customer service skills and able to manage your own workload.
To apply forthe role you must have:
Excellent computer skills utilising Microsoft applications, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Ability to organise and prioritise workloads.
Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate with a wide range of people.
Can be relied upon to effectively manage confidential issues.
Able to build effective and positive relationships within the service and external to the service
Able to co-ordinate multiple tasks at the same time.
