We are looking for an experienced Water Treatment Supervisor to support our Small Waters contract with Auckland Council, which manages the Water Treatment plants across the Auckland region.
A bit about your role;
As the Water treatment Supervisor, your key duties will include servicing and maintenance of small water treatment systems in various parks and reserves throughout the wider Auckland region. Ensuring compliance of works to drinking water standards. You will be using your knowledge and experience of the industry to provide effective solutions to your team and customers. In addition, you will be involved in various renewals and upgrades, workload allocation and planning forward work and liaising between sub-contractors and staff on the ground driving service delivery and quality to ensure KPI's are met.

A bit about you;
You will be an experienced Water Treatment Supervisor and will bring with you;
Full NZ Class 1 Driver’s license
Water Treatment Operator Certification will be highly regarded
Wastewater proprietary device knowledge will be highly regarded
Strong focus to Health and Safety
Demonstrated strong customer service skills
Strong programming skills and ability to manage programs
Staff management experience
Able to lead by example
Able to mentor, train and share skills/experience with the team
