As the Functional FI/CO Lead, gather requirements, propose solutions and lead the design of SAP accounting and finance solutions based on best practice and legislative requirements.
Working with Architects and Delivering Managers, provide direction and support to on and off shore teams to own the delivery (waterfall and agile) of end to end SAP ECC and S/4 HANA FI/CO solutions.
Using your excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, become a trusted advisor to your clients.
Enabling success through high user adoption and change management initiatives are exceeded.
Ensure that solutions are fit for purpose, documentation is completed to a high standard and training materials relevant and delivered.
Collaborating across teams (within SAP and across wider Consulting) with presales activity, POC’s and business development initiatives.
Enough about us, let’s talk about you
8+ years’ experience as a core FI Functional Consultant, operating as a Functional Lead in a professional services environment. Certifications in FICO and Simple Finance are advantageous.
Subject matter expert in Accounting business processes and best practices. Working knowledge as a CA qualified Accountant preferred.
Experience leading AS-IS and TO-BE workshops, designing FI/CO blueprints and specifications, and delivery of training to users.
Open communication style which encourages change management initiatives, fosters inclusion and gains trust with stakeholders across all levels internally and externally.
Good collaboration skills to work across teams for integration requirements and ensure a robust product is delivered that meets or exceeds client expectations.
