We have an opportunity to join our growing Technology Transformation team!
What you will be doing:
Come and join the AA Technology Transformation team as we deliver new ways of working for our Distribution channel. Reporting into the Technology Programme Manager, you will be responsible for the business analysis function and see the implementation of the channel's call recording requirements, integration and a few Salesforce applications. This is a senior role that will enable key analysis and requirements eliciting to ensure the channel technology projects meet regulatory and end- users' requirements. Experience with being a self-starter, able to challenge and be flexible to shifting priorities is required as well as having championed business analysis in an agile team is preferred.
To be successful in this role:
High collaborative skills, able to elicit functional and non-functional requirements and challenge assumptions whilst establishing trusting relationships and champion Business Analysis practices;
Ability to effectively surface requirements dependencies between projects and influence stakeholders/ Product owner to make informed decisions on priority setting;
Effective communicator and collaborator with Implementation teams and Architects, agile mindset, well verse in Scrum and supportive of all team members;

Salesforce Applications (Advice process, Complaints management, QA, Marketing)
Call recording integration
