The Application Services team support the business in their everydaywork as well as introducing new initiatives. Our principal focus is greatdelivery in an ITIL aligned support environment. We follow that up with work inthe project space. You will be required to champion our cause and help delivergreat customer outcomes.

In this role you will:
be robust in your processes,experienced about technology and innovation and passionate about taking acustomer centric approach
know that great outcomes follow solidprocess and be a strong advocate for clear, simple, repeatable ITIL alignedprocess
work with a wide variety ofstakeholders and groups to ensure that Application Services deliver theoutcomes we come to work every day to achieve
deliver service improvement initiativesthat have a fit for purpose functionality
support the Waikato DHB to deliver excellenthealth care via many pathways and applications
have a ‘can do’ attitude that underpins everything you do and supportsyour strong customer experience / outcomes focus
have experience working in a structured environment supporting applications,ideally ITIL aligned (knowledge of Cherwell or a service management tool wouldbe a bonus)
be comfortable operating in a complex environment combining SLA drivensupport and resourcing project delivery, day by day
be a resilient self-starter with experience in working with a variety ofstakeholders, clients and vendors in software solution support andimplementation environment
be comfortable ‘getting on with it’ and equally comfortable asking forhelp when necessary.
be a strong team player, pitching in to achieve the team goals
