About the Role
Lead the software development teams to apply and enhance the ways of working and development practices across all software solutions. Work closely with the Software Development Manager to provide leadership, vision of the development teams and drive a cross-functional skillsets across all solutions. You’ll be challenging our development teams to collaborate across disciplines and apply knowledge in areas of expertise. Promote and mentor Behaviour Driven Development and Test Driven Development? and help with the strategy and continuous improvements of the software development capability (automated pipeline, from idea to production and operation). You’ll enjoy fostering a high-performance team culture, which drives engagement of all team members to achieve business, personal and professional development objectives.
Who are we looking for
Bring with you your years of professional experience? in full stack development (frontend and backend, testing and ops). As a master of multiple programming languages and web application frameworks, you’re a strong mentor to others and can lead the development with these technologies?. You have proven experience promoting and mentoring of programming best practices (object-oriented programming principles – SOLID design principles and of Behaviour Driven Development and Test-Driven Development. You’ll share your experiences in driving the strategy and continuous improvements of the software development capability (automated pipeline, from idea to production and operation) and your successes in previous roles. You bring a strength in your ability to engage with the business (capable of actively engaging different parts of the business to drive the solution to focus on solving business problems and providing business values). You’ve worked closely with and can evaluate the technical competency of 3rd party vendors…. You are ready for this challenge!
