Recruitment Specialist - Independent Contractor

Core specialises in temporary and permanent recruitment for a wide range of organisations predominantly in the white-collar/commercial space. We're a small team based in Canterbury but there's a bit going on so we're looking for an enthusiastic, energetic and super-organised experienced Recruiter to support our Clients and the day to day whirlwind of activities we get up to.
Managing your own day, as an Independent Contractor you'll be:
- Looking after a current pool of existing temps on assignment.
- Managing relationships with clients.
- Developing new business opportunities through sales calls and client visits.
- Working end to end permanent recruitment projects.
- Scooping up new temp roles and filling them with speed and quality!
- Continuing the "great brand" we have in the market by providing excellent and genuine service.

- You spin plates and your professional but a true genuine operator.
- Sales is in your blood so too is account management AND you get that your Candidate today is your Client tomorrow!
- You have an excellent work ethic.
- You must have the ability to laugh at yourself!
