The Role
:Join the Northern Expressway team as we drive this iconic project home! The team is looking for an As-Built Manager, responsible for managing and overseeing the receipt and approval of Construction As Builts from various field teams. This role is critical to the success of the project and as such requires an individual that is able to interface with key stakeholders and understand the drawing process in line with project specifications. Key Responsibilities include:
•Management and implementation of the As Built Drawing process through training, audits & inspections and tracking.•Manage the review, production, accuracy and completeness of all redline marked up As Built drawings from the construction teams in accordance with Project Specifications.•Accountable for the overall management of As Builts and resources related to the As Built process, including cost, cost reporting and budgets.•Involved in the applying and contributing to the projects risk management functions to reduce adverse/residual risk in project activities.•Manage the delivery/handover of approved completed As built drawings via relevant stakeholders in accordance with PPP agreement.
About You:You will be a highly competent and experienced draughtperson or CAD operator, with at least 5 years of relevant experience with exposure working in a construction or engineering environment.
•Knowledge of work pack requirements, implementation, auditing and closeout process.•Exposure with project delivery of construction related projects, understanding of the NZTA, Auckland Council and Auckland Transport requirements for as-builts for successful project delivery.•Highly accurate and strong attention to detail.•Strong forward planning and sound communication ability.

About Us:The Fletcher Construction Company is a leading general contractor, delivering a wide range of projects. The Puhoi to Warkworth Project is part of NZTA’s Roads of National Significance Programme. The project will extend the four-lane Northern Motorway (SH1) 18.5km from Johnstone’s Hill tunnels to just north of Warkworth. The project is the first stage of the Ara Tuhono – Puhoi to Wellsford Road of National Significance.
