Café Chef - Columbus Coffee

Mitre 10 (New Zealand) Limited has been around since 1974, proudly Kiwi owned and operated. We are New Zealand's largest home improvement and garden retailer and continue to grow through both share of market and number of stores.
Mitre 10 MEGA Greymouthhas an opening for a Chef that will form part of the Columbus Coffee team. The role requires someone that possess good kitchen management andcommunications skills, have the ability to work in an organized and safemanner, have a passion for cooking and a high level of personal presentation.
Some weekend work will be required due to the nature of the role.
You willalso need to have proven experience with:
Baking
Cabinet food and production
Short order brunch menus
Catering
Kitchen ordering and cost control
Food safety
Excellent food presentation.
Thesuccessful applicant will be a team player, stay calm, cheerful and focusedunder pressure. While experience will be highly regarded, more importantly your enthusiasm and attitude is what will stand out.
