About the Role:
We have several roles to start immediately for experienced customer service representatives.
The role is pure inbound customer service, where you will be responding to customers over email initially and you will be trained on the phone queues.
The nature of the calls will be track and trace, product enquiries, returns and warranties and confirmation of store hours.
This role would suit someone with previous customer service and contact centre experience and understand the importance of delivering excellent service!
About You:
You will have previous contact centre experience, be available to start a new role immediately and happy to commit to 2 months.
In addition to this, we also look for someone who is comfortable working from their office (note: desks will be spaced and your safety will be top of mind) and able to work roster rotational hours between Monday to Sunday 8am – 6pm.
