Class 5 Truck Driver - Long Haul

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Class 5 truck driver who has good knowledge of the North and South Island to join our team in a full-time role based out of our Highbrook site in Auckland.
As the sole driver, you will have full responsibility for the upkeep and maintenance of your truck.
This is where You come in!
You will be responsible for delivering glass in full container loads or open A frames between our branches across New Zealand. Flexibility is key in this role as we have 16 branches nationwide spread from Whangarei in the North to Cromwell in the South. Because you will be travelling to different locations each week, you will spend some nights away from home.
With fantastic communication skills, you are the face of our business as you'll deal directly with our branches and customer being in and out of their sites.
This role will see you driving predominately 40-50 hours a week between Monday - Friday but some flexibility is required.

You will have a solid driving track record with a clean and current Class 5 Licence. You are well presented; love dealing with people and have the ability to build good working relationships people from all walks of life. You take pride in your job, like to look after your truck and take Health and Safety seriously.
