This is a fantastic opportunity to work with one of New Zealand’s leading healthcare organisations. We are excited to welcome a motivated Team Leader
What you will be doing:
Leading and developing your team to deliver exceptional customer service.
Managing the performance and development of your team to ensure they are able to provide the level of customer service required, in accordance with the strategy and values of the organisation.
Providing ongoing support and training to your team members.
Recruiting and onboarding new team members as required
Developing close working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Driving the team performance and maintaining high service levels.
Overseeing the entering of data into the Client Management System and other systems, ensuring the data is complete and accurate.
The hours required will involve weekends, public holidays as well as am/pm work outside of normal business hours on weekdays.
What you need to be successful:
Previous experience managing/supervising a team in a contact centre environment
Proven ability to lead, develop and mentor a cohesive and high performing team
The ability to drive results and create a strong team culture
Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Planning, time management and organisational skills
Passionate for the learning and development of your team
Leading your team by example, living and breathing the company values and vision
