Cleaner/Service Co-Ordinator/Supervisor | Fixed-Term | Christchurch

Looking for a responsible and confident person to take on some fixed-term, part-time work as a service co-ordinator and cleaner for a specialised workstation cleaning company in Christchurch.
We have four clients that require an office clean around April/May. Your job will be to liaise with clients to arrange cleans, which you will then carry out with one or two other cleaning technicians.
You will then be cleaning the keyboards, monitors, phones etc. This will take 2-3 hours per office. You will be paid for the clean, at a higher rate than the other cleaning technicians – about $25-$40 per hour.
You will need to have the confidence and reliability to liaise with clients, through email and phone, to arrange cleans, and also be able to be a supervisor on the cleans.
These cleans take place twice a year, in April/May and November/December. We are hoping for a commitment for the next three cleaning rounds, i.e. 18 months – this can be discussed with the employer.
