We are located in Mt Albert, one of the most central suburbs in Auckland. Buses, trains, and bike tracks are available to get to school/uni.
We are looking for a Live-in Au-Pair who enjoys children and want to concentrate on doing well in their studies without having to worry about paying rent and food. Job responsibilities will include: Looking after a 3.5 year old boy outside of kindy hours Cooking a meal for the family Helping with washing/ keeping kitchen tidy during the shift Speaking Spanish to the child. Taking child to parks, libraries in the zone. Driving is not essential.
Hours are between 18 to 20 hours per week depending on visa type (if any) or your study schedules.
Shifts will usually be between 9:30 am to 3:30 pm, either 3 or 4 days a week (Monday to Saturday) You will always have Sundays off!
We can be flexible with the days and agree on days that suit both parties.
Payment includes accommodation and food (7 days a week, all meals covered), plus allowance to cover some personal expenses.To be considered for the job it is essential that you can provide a police certificate from your home country, have at least 6 months child care experience, and speak Spanish.
