Our firm in Elliot shopping centre is looking for a Customer Service Representative.
Located in the heart of the city, Our firm in Elliott is a busy mall occupied by a variety of boutique shops and national retailers such as The Warehouse, Rebel Sports, and Number 1 Shoes plus an international food court.
Your job will be as a front of house staff in the centre management office.
Your role will be to deliver excellent customer service to all visitors of our firm, assisting with all enquiries from customers and tenants as well as helping with the daily operations of the centre.
Successful applicants will have the following:
• Experience in a previous Customer Service role
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• High level of computer literacy
Applicants must be legally entitled to work in New Zealand. You must either be a New Zealand citizen, permanent resident or hold a current and open work visa with at least 12 months until expiry.
