*Urgent* Weekend Chefs - Part Time- Mt.Eden

We are looking for an enthusiastic Weekend Chef to work at our Senior Living site (Edenvale Home & Hospital) in Mt Eden, Auckland who wants to showcase their appetite for focusing on delivering fresh and nutritional meals within an aged care environment.Hours of work are Part Time Saturday and Sunday (specific hours of work to be discussed at interviews with the candidate). So, what would you be expected to do?
• Preparing, baking, cooking and presenting mouth-watering and innovative meals for our residents,
• Overseeing the daily dietary requirements, temperature monitoring and compliance to food safety, health and safety regulations.
• Maintain an allergen awareness and present options for nutritional healthy eating
Our Perfect Candidate?
• Will be a people person, have good time management and able work under pressure.
• Will be an all-rounder in the kitchen with experience in baking and bulk home/kiwi style cooking.
• Will have an eye for detail and be able to work independently and confidently.
• Will most importantly demonstrate a passion for great food, customer service and quality!
