Project Manager

Due to a full forward workload of sizeable projects Maynard Marks has a vacancy in its progressive Project Management division for an experienced Project Manager The successful candidate will be an experienced and skilled Project Manager and will be able to demonstrate expertise and an intimate understanding of NZS 3910 contracts with a proven track record as either Engineer to Contract or Engineers Representative Ideally the candidate will also have a sound technical understanding of New Zealand construction practices and relevant legislation The qualifications and experience required for a Project Manager would include a construction or construction management related degree or diploma with a minimum of 3 years practical experience The candidate would also ideally hold PMI Project Management Professional Certification but this is not essential In return Maynard Marks offers excellent remuneration with opportunity for personal professional development within the flat management structure of the organisation and a flexible relaxed but professional working environment All applications will be dealt with in the strictest of confidence Please forward your application via email to HR maynardmarks co nz with the subject line Project Manager Position Only candidates with NZ Citizenship Residency or a valid Work Visa will be considered
