Customer Services Administrator Leading highend textiles company Our client is a longestablished company who import highend fabrics from around the world and they are seeking a switchedon person with great people and administration skills to work in a varied and rewarding customer services role You would be part of a hugely successful privately owned textile company in lovely stylish offices surrounded by beautiful fabrics This role works alongside a small friendly team of customer services people and will help with client enquiries placing orders and tracking them through to completion Their clients are a mix of interior designers retailers upholsterers and architects and you will be their first pointofcontact via phone and email This role has lots of variety you will be fielding a range of questions and enquiries theres lots of liaison with fabric mills internationally entering orders and following these through to delivery We are seeking someone with great people and communication skills strong admin skills and excellent attentiontodetail You would be joining a closeknit team of 15 in the NZ office and will also liaise with the office in Australia The culture is secondtonone and you will be a valued member of this great company We are seeking someone with 12 years office customer service administration experience There is subsidised parking available if required To apply please send your Resume to Caroline Lynch via SEEK metrorecruitment co nz
