Quality Assurance Manager Our Professional Services team developing Mobile Banking Solutions for International clients in the Asia Pacific Region is looking for a QA Manager with a passion for both Testing and people management You will oversee the Quality Assurance practices within a cross functional team including defining and improving the Test Automation strategy processes and methodologies to ensure effectively delivery of PS projects This management position would suit someone with a strong QA background who has experience with leading a team of Test Engineers and QA Analysts is comfortable thinking strategically while also being handson with supporting software delivery to clients You will Manage a team of between 8 to 15 highly skilled Test Engineers and Test Analysts including recruitment training performance management goal setting and career development Define develop and drive effective QA strategies including criteria assessment resolution processes Quality Metrics and Reporting Provide thought leadership and daytoday guidance to our project teams delivering Mobile Banking software solutions for clients Continuously improve our organisation by identifying ways and means to promote a culture of innovation selfimprovement and commitment You ll have 5 years of industry experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst and or Test Engineer 3 years leading and mentoring a team of Testers A proven track record of leading software teams with Quality Assurance practices to deliver on time with high quality Experience as a Test Automation Lead coordinating and advising the strategy and approach for the Automation testers Good client facing and external stakeholder communication skills In return youll receive the chance to work with some of the finest talent in the financial services technology space within a flexible work environment Fiserv has lots of added benefits like subsidised gym memberships subsidised parking public transport and to make sure you are well looked after we will provide medical cover for you Wait there is more We ve got open plan offices which feature pool tables foosball and table tennis as well as cool deck spaces complete with BBQs and lets not forget Friday drinks
