About the Role
In this role you will be working alongside two other Team Leaders, ensuring your team is providing quality customer service every time. Staff performance will be a big focus for you whilst effectively coaching and developing a dynamic customer and people driven culture. In addition, you will always be looking for ways to enhance our processes and as the team leader, you will lead by an example and manage the team effectively. You’ll also actively manage all escalations and complaints to ensure the team is effectively managing customer expectations.

Who are we looking for
You’re able to quickly build meaningful with our external and internal stakeholders. You will bring at least 2+ years’ experience as a team leader preferably in a customer service environment. You understand the value of internal relationships and enjoy being part of a fast-paced, experienced team. With high level communication skills and a real drive to see your team achieve the desired results utilising your initiative, nous and influencing skills, you will be successful in meeting all of the requirements of this role!
