Our Mt Eden business is looking for a Practice Manager for their busy, popular practice for the below days and hours:
Monday - Thursday:8.00am - 5.30pm
Friday:8.00am - 4.30pm
About the role
In this unique and hands-on role, you work in close partnership with the Lead Dentist to drive performance. Overseeing all operational aspects of running a successful practice, you will relish the opportunity to impact change from both a people and commercial perspective.

About you
To step into this opportunity we are looking for the following skills and experience:
Demonstrated experience as a Team Leader or Manager (Practice Management in dental or medical would be ideal but is not essential).
Confident leadership skills, with the ability to give and receive feedback.
Well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both our people and our clients.
The ability to work well under pressure, to multi-task and be flexible.
An understanding of the financial aspects of a business and knowledge of budgets, sales targets, utilisation, and profit & loss statements.
Confidence with and the aptitude to learn new technology.
