Job Description

You will be working in our NZ talent acquisition and HR team, as well as also working remotely as part of our wider ANZ TA and HR team.
In your role you will be responsible for end to end recruitment including:• Assisting managers to create requisitions for approval
• Writing and posting job ads
• Sourcing candidates as needed
• Shortlisting
• Arranging interviews
• Attending interviews as needed
• Contract creation, coordination of approvals and offers
Planning for future needs by pipelining is also an important part of the role.Candidate Specification

Some of these attributes will include:• Previous Engineering and construction recruitment or search experience. Experience in an internal role will be highly regarded.
• We are looking for an individual who has a passion for Equality, Diversity and Inclusion in the workplace. The successful candidate will embrace our approach across all Talent Acquisition tasks.

• Ability to work collaboratively yet autonomously and be a self-starter - we’re here to support and guide, but you need to be able to work effectively with remote support.
• Able to effectively manage high volume recruitment from junior to Executive positions
• Comfortable working in a fast paced and constantly evolving environment
• Be engaging and know how to influence a range of personalities and styles
• Experience using a range of sourcing channels to identify relevant candidates for current and future vacancies
• Develop and maintain talent pools for client group
• Be comfortable leveraging various channels to source candidates
• Be comfortable networking and connecting with new people/relevant candidates either virtually or face to face.
• Experience with IBM Kenexa/BrassRing and LinkedIn Recruiter will be a plus
Based in our fantastic Auckland office in Wynyard Quarter, this role will see you working with a range of stakeholders, and a tight knit team.
