We now have a vacancy in the Control Systems team for a Mechanical Engineer.
The Role
As a Mechanical Engineer with the Control Systems Team, you will undertake the detailed mechanical design aspects of the electronic control system. The designs include many aspects of product development from concepts to design to manufacture. You will be part of a vibrant, professional design team at the forefront of technology.
About You
To be successful in this position you should be able to demonstrate:
Tertiary level qualification in either Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering
1-3 years of experience in mechanical and electronic product design and development in a manufacturing organisation
Experience working within small, multi-disciplined design teams on a range of projects
The ability to work independently towards providing innovative engineering solutions to design challenges
Education or experience in products involving human machine interfaces would be an advantage
Team player with good interpersonal skills and a commitment to relationship building within the Control Systems team and other teams within the company
