Based at Head Office on Auckland's North Wharf, we have a superb opportunity within our People Division for a People Operations Manager to lead a quality team of System Specialists.
The role
As a People Operations Manager, you will own and maintain the employee master file and drive enhancements to the bank's core people management systems to improve user experience. Your team of people system specialists focus on building and delivering great outcomes for key stakeholders and driving the execution of processes in an efficient, effective and risk aware way.
What you will bring
To be successful in this role, you will have a least 5 years' HR system experience. In past roles, you have demonstrated the ability to provide proactive recommendations for improvements and initiatives with processes and/or systems. You have great analytical skills that can easily navigate complex workflow systems and processes. Leading by example and inspire confidence by delivering a compelling vision is how you like to manage teams.
