The Opportunity
The People and Performance team are transforming from a passive service provider to a proactive partner to the business. Accordingly, we are looking for an HR Partner with proven ability to influence at all levels and demonstrate the value that HR can add to the business.
Based in Penrose and reporting to the General Manager People and Performance, you will be responsible for the delivery of core HR services, development and implementation of enterprise-wide HR initiatives, as well as proactively partnering with the business to provide coaching and support to people leaders across the Group.
Key priorities for the role include:
Working closely with the General Manager People and Performance to embed enterprise-wide frameworks in a highly complex operational environment
Continuous improvement and ongoing development of human resources processes and delivery of team initiatives
Creating value for our people by partnering with our people leaders to provide insights, advice and support
Leading a team of 2 HR Advisors, one based in Auckland and one in Whakatane, your clear communication style and ability to manage remotely is essential.
