Our client has an exciting and rare opportunity for an experienced HR Analyst who has specialised in Reward systems. This role offers the opportunity to impact upon Human Resource and Business Planning across the entire business. The role will allow for international exposure with exciting development opportunities. The role could be based at either their Wellington or New Plymouth offices.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
·Undertaking annual pay and bonus reviews, providing in-depth analysis and correlating to external factors
·Working with the HR Manager to provide pay and bonus recommendations
·Advising the HR team and internal business managers on benchmarking and analysis for remuneration
·Being the focal point for the manpower business planning process
·Participation in Remuneration surveys
·Participation in engagement sessions with all managers and staff around pay review communications
·Provision of statistical HR manpower metrics
·Be the expert for all remuneration, reward and benefits related projects
You will need:
·A relevant qualification in Human Resources, Finance, Business, Analysis or similar
·Five years experience in a relevant role
·Proven experience in reporting and analysis
·Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
·Strong numerical and analytical skills
·Great attention to detail
·Strong interpersonal skills
·Ability to work to deadlines
