H2R Technology are looking for a Test Lead with proven HR Payroll Project experience needed! Role to start or early to mid Feb 2020.

Working closely with a key project that is focusing on the implementation of SAP success factors and Kronos Time Management. We require a Senior Test Analyst and also a Test Lead to work in a small but effective Testing function.

Key Responsibilities are:
- Analysis, design, development and execution of test plans, scenarios, cases and scripts to verify SAP HR/Payroll and associated applications and interfaces.
- Work with the business users to ensure test plans are correct and the requirements align.
- Provide support and mentor the business users during testing phases.
- Provide regular updates to the business and project leads on the progress.
- Update risks and issues on a timely basis.

To be considered, we are looking for candidates that have proven experience operating as a hands on test analyst. Knowledge of the remediation issues associated with the NZ Holidays Act 2003. Naturally you will have an empathetic approach to working with others, have an analytical mindset as well as have experience working with SAP Success Factors and or Kronos Workforce Management.
