They are looking for an experienced, mature and driven person to join their senior management team for 5 venues. It is not just a regular restaurant manager role; it gives an opportunity of full running of the business, including operational and administrational side of the business.
To Be Successful In This Role You Will
Have proven success developing individuals
Use your proven ability to observe and coach staff to help them reach their potential in line with the standards that underpin our business, Motivating a team of 15-20 people
Posses a natural High Energy/Positive attitude
Be willing to work nights and weekends as our trading hours are 8am-12pm 7 days
Be excited about engaging in marketing & business development initiatives within the local community
During the first 6 months of your employment, we'll teach you all aspects of how we run our business and what makes us successful. Working through a development plan to ensure you been verified to have the skills, experience & resources you need to be successful.
Maintain high standards of service
