Teacher Aide

We are seeking an excellent Teacher Aide to work with the teachers and students in our two Year 5 & 6 classes and as part of our supportive and collegial school.
The ideal candidate would be patient, have strong communication skills, and build positive working relationships with students/whanau and colleagues to provide daily positive learning experiences following an individualised programme..
An ability and willingness to be involved in physical activity and learning about te ao Maori is important. This is a fixed term position (reassessed on a termly basis), 17 ½ hours per week between the hours of 9am - 12:30pm during term time only. Training and professional development will be provided as required.
