As theTeam Manager, in this newly created position, you will be responsible forleading a designated Allied Health Team to achieve excellence in service. Youwill be reporting directly to the Operations Manager Allied health , working incollaboration with other Allied Health Team Managers and Clinical Leaders andwill be highly involved in the direction to drive improvements in service.
It isessential that you are a qualified Allied Health Professional with at least 5years’ experience in a leadership position. You will have proven experience ofdeveloping and managing a team in a senior clinical role, ideally in a DHBenvironment.
