About the company
Based in central Auckland, this Kiwi provides world leading services to the people of New Zealand. Due to a strategic move designed to optimise the development operations, the business are now looking to invest significantly into their development capabilities within the Web space.
The Role
As part of a highly agile scrum team, you will help optimize the development operations of three separate applications. You will be a part of a small, high performing team (flat structure) working alongside a number of Senior Developers. Fast track your career and be mentored by the senior staff, helping and teaching you while working on a variety of projects from early development to release and any proceeding updates. Any experience building streaming applications would be beneficial.
Skills / Experience:
Solid commercial experience working in Software Engineering.
Good knowledge of nodeJS, ReactJS, Redux.
Experience with AWS, Circle CI, CI/CD, Automated testing.
Previous experience with OTT / Video a bonus.
Experience working in an Agile environment.
A self-starter who is experienced working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Outgoing personality who is super passionate about innovation and technology.
Polished communication / interpersonal skills.
