We want you to take our store to the next level.About You:You're customer-focused and enjoy building relationships with your customersYou have experience as a Store Manager in a busy retail environmentYou're a confident leader and have good training skillsYou're target-driven and know how to drive and motivate your team to succeedNZ Tertiary qualification in business or managementPassionate about what you do and give 100% every time!Leadership / DevelopmentAssess team members against Operational Procedures and action poor performance.Set daily, monthly targets and communicate daily targets to the team to actively pursue their achievementMaintain financial forecast and design shop promotions, display and other marking plans.Preparing staff rosters Manage labor cost through adjusting roster hours where necessary & allocates break times outside of peak periodsHiring staff members and involved in staff trainingMonitor & manage the website customer requests and seek effective solutionsEnsuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulationsOther Duties Assigned Involve in promoting business, implementing stock purchasing and marketing policies, assessing management in setting prices for products, maintenance, and accuracy of all administrative functions and reports in the store as well as submission to provide feedback to the store owner.Applicants for this position must have Full NZ Driving Licence / NZ Residency / Citizenship or a valid work visa.
